Mark is the Managing Partner and a founding partner of Pavonis Group and is based in Houston, TX. Most recently, Mark was the President of ARGUS Software, the standard for analytical and investment management solutions to the commercial real estate industry, and the Chief Knowledge Officer of Altus Group. In 2005, Mark led a leveraged buyout and subsequent turnaround of ARGUS that included introducing the firm's products to the Japanese and Chinese markets, led the acquisition of a major European competitor to establish a strong EU presence and continued to add new tools and partnerships to strengthen the firm's arsenal.
Prior to joining ARGUS, Mark served as the CEO of Izoic, Inc., a Denver-based software firm that created solutions for subsurface infrastructure, geo-coding and damage prevention. Mark's first CEO title came when he founded ECOutlook in Houston in 1999. ECOutlook created a comprehensive B2B integration platform called Collaboration Center© that facilitated the automation of specific business processes.
Mark led the mergers and acquisitions business for Physicians Resource Group, a physician practice management company he founded and helped to take public on the NYSE in 1994. In his early career, Mark honed his leadership skills in significant positions with both Proctor & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson.

Colin is a founding partner of Pavonis Group. Most recently, Colin worked as a Financial Services Consultant for the CEO of ARGUS Software, assisting with Business Process improvement initiatives and managing functional areas of the company. Prior to ARGUS, Colin acted as Interim CEO of Castle, Meinhold and Stawiarski Holding Company during a Venture Capital Investment and then at Principal Group as a Business Process Consultant and Systems Peer evaluator.
Full time positions prior to consulting included Higher Executive Officer at the Scottish Office Computer Service, Project Manager roles at the Royal Bank of Canada in Montreal and Toronto, Chief of Staff to Head of Midland Group Systems and Head of Change Management, Interim Head of Logistics at Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS) Region Japan in Tokyo, Program Manager for Year 2000 for UBS Americas, Chair of Institute of International Bankers for Year 2000 initiative, Head of Business Systems at Oppenheimer Capital, Chief of Staff to CEO then Head of Worldwide Applications and then Chief Operating Officer of Equities and Quantitative Strategies, all at Credit Suisse Asset Management in New York.
From 1985 through 2005, Colin spent significant time acting as facilitator for BPR initiatives at Midland Bank (with Arthur Anderson), at UBS Region Japan (with Cap Gemini) and at Credit Suisse (with Price Waterhouse).
Jeff is a founding partner of Pavonis Group. Prior to joining forces with other market leaders to create Pavonis, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of NAI Global, the world’s leading network of commercial real estate brokerage firms. Jeff was one of the founders of NAI, and over the past decade lead the organization to its position of industry prominence. He was active in marketing, business development, management and strategic planning capacities with NAI.
During his tenure he lead the company’s branding, technology and globalization strategies which led to expansion into 55 countries, earning REALComm’s “Digital Impact Award” for real estate technology twice, and being recognized as the 4th most recognized brand in the industry.
Jeff has represented major clients including Bank of New York/Mellon, Prudential, BP Amoco, Air Products & Chemicals, The United States Postal Service, Hertz and WorldCom - MCI.
In addition, to leading the company's Corporate Services and Capital Markets Groups, Jeff has established the company's many technological initiatives, which have earned the company a leadership position in the use of online technology to efficiently deliver services. NAI Global's proprietary technology provides real time online information about markets and projects to streamline and systematize the transaction and portfolio management process.
In 2012, Jeff led the process of selling NAI Global to C-III Capital Partners and in early 2013 having managed the management transition, he left the company to form Renaissance Global Properties LLC a real estate debt and equity advisory and investment firm.
Jeff is a licensed Real Estate Broker and graduate of Boston University School of Management. He was a founding member and past advisory board member of the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton Real Estate Center and is a trustee of Peddie School and the Norma Finn Memorial Foundation.

He is also President and Chairman of the Board of the Homer Hoyt Institute and Professor Emeritus of Real Estate at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He is the Educational Consultant to the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF), and serves on the advisory board of Sterling Valuation. He has consulted for several real estate companies including ARGUS Software, Real Capital Analytics (RCA), the Federal Reserve System in Washington, D.C. and the multifamily group of the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae).
Jeffrey has appeared on CNBC to discuss real estate investment and is frequently quoted by the media. He has also been retained as an expert witness in court cases for several clients including Inland Steel, Simon Property Group and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Jeffrey has served on the board of directors of the Pension Real Estate Association, the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF) and the Real Estate Research Institute (RERI). He received PREA/Graaskamp Award for Research Excellence from the Pension Real Estate Association, the Richard Ratcliff award and the Pioneer Award from the American Real Estate Society, the George Bloom Award from the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association and the Martin S. Katz Memorial Award from the American Property Tax Council (APTC).
Jeffrey was a founding trustee of The Appraisal Foundation that was formed in 1987 by the major appraisal organizations as a self-regulatory organization and source of standards for the appraisal industry. He served as President of the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association (AREUEA) in 1990 and the 1986-87 Chairman of the Real Estate Center Directors and Chairholders’ Association. He has worked with many professional organizations to develop and teach courses and seminars including NCREIF, PREA, the Appraisal Institute, the CCIM Institute, NACORE and others.
Jeffrey has a doctorate in Real Estate from The Ohio State University. He is a coauthor of Real Estate, 9th edition published by John Wiley and Sons, coauthor of Real Estate Finance and Investments, 14th edition, published by McGraw-Hill, and coauthor of Income Property Valuation published by Dearborn. His books have been translated into Japanese, Korean and Chinese. He has also published over 65 articles in various academic and professional journals including Real Estate Economics, the Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, the Journal of Portfolio Management, the Journal of Urban Economics, the Appraisal Journal, and many others.
Professor Kawaguchi is a founding partner of Pavonis Group and is based in Tokyo, Japan. He is a pioneer in introducing the latest real estate technology, performance measures and benchmarks into the Japanese real estate industry. He is engaged in research and teaching with academic and industry researchers aimed at perfecting real estate financial engineering. Besides his academic experience, Professor Kawaguchi has also been appointed the Chairman of the Japanese Association of Real Estate Financial Engineering since 2004, the Director of the Institute of International Real Estate Studies since 2007, President of Asian Real Estate Society 2012-2013 and Chairman of the Japan Association of Real Options and Strategy.
In April 2004, Professor Kawaguchi joined the Waseda University Graduate School of Finance, Accounting and Law and is responsible for the Real Estate Finance Course in the university; he is currently the Head of Waseda University’s International Real Estate Research Center (established in cooperation with MIT, Tsinghua University of China and Singapore National University). His wealth of experience has allowed him to produce a number of major publications which include “Fudosan Kinyu Kogaku (Real Estate Financial Engineering),” Seibunsha, 2001, “Nyumon Fudosan Kinyu Kogaku (Real Estate Financial Engineering, an Introduction)” Diamond, 2001, and “Riaru Opushon no Shiko to Gijutsu (Real Option Concepts and Techniques),” Diamond, 2004.
Professor Kawaguchi was born in Kumamoto Prefecture in 1955. He earned a PhD. in Engineering from Tokyo University in 1991 and accepted a real estate economics research fellowship at Cambridge University in 1996. He took up a post as a professor in the school of real estate at Meikai University in 1999 and pioneered the entirely new field in financial engineering. Professor Kawaguchi has lectured at such prestigious institutions as the Tokyo University Spatial Information Research Center and the Financial Engineering Center at the Kyoto University Institute of Economic Research. He has also conducted research activities with the Asia Real Estate Society and the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association.
Demetrios is a founding partner of Pavonis Group and has over 30 years of real estate and finance experience, nearly half of which is in global markets. Over his career Demetrios has been involved in many aspects of the industry, including: asset management, business development, corporate real estate, education, lending, property management, research, risk management, strategy, structuring, technology, underwriting and valuation.
Previously Demetrios was the Senior Vice President of Global Real Estate Solutions Group at ARGUS Software. In that role he was responsible for strategy, partner relationships and the firm's key account program, which he also developed and implemented. With regard to strategy, Demetrios successfully lead the initiative that resulted in ARGUS being the first company to integrate market data with analytical solutions for commercial real estate. He also played a key role the Altus Group's acquisition of ARGUS in 2011.
Prior to joining ARGUS, he was a director with Credit Suisse in New York and Tokyo. During his tenure with Credit Suisse, Demetrios founded the firm's International Real Estate Pricing Group, and went on to manage the Domestic Real Estate Pricing Group as well. He was also a global member of Credit Suisse's real estate investment and new business committees, and founded the Global Private Equity Pricing Group. Demetrios was also an integral member of the team that acquired the exclusive rights from NCREIF for its indexes, which were used to bring the first commercial real estate derivatives to the U.S. market. He was based in Tokyo, Japan his last four years with the bank where he held various senior roles in the Asia-Pacific real estate finance group. He also worked closely with the real estate investment banking team on one of the largest sale-leaseback transaction in the market.
Demetrios joined Credit Suisse from Price Waterhouse's Valuation and Advisory Services Group where he was a manager and involved in a wide range of consulting, transaction support and corporate real estate engagements. He holds a B.S. in finance from the University of Connecticut with a minor in real estate, and an M.S. in real estate with a minor in international business from Penn State University. Demetrios is a member of the Counselors of Real Estate and has achieved a number of other real estate designations. He also served as an adjunct faculty member in New York University's real estate master's program where he taught international real estate for ten years.
Patrick is a founding partner of Pavonis Group and is based in Singapore. Most recently Patrick Ng was the Asia-Pacific VP of Operations for ARGUS Software where he was responsible for client services. Patrick managed the region’s team of consultants and developers to assure the highest quality delivery of client services, training and support. Patrick’s leadership enabled ARGUS to complete the first few successful deployments of the ARGUS CRM solution in the region.
In addition to his client services responsibilities, Patrick was also tasked with managing the development process for the ARGUS CRM solution. He assembled and managed a team of consultants, developers and quality assurance professionals in order to migrate ARGUS CRM to Microsoft CRM 2011 platform.
Patrick has more than 13 years of real estate solution experience with ARGUS and its predecessor, REMS - a Property Management Solution, where he served as both a Project Manager and Development Manager. During his tenure at REMS Patrick led a team of consultants in successfully implementing several complex property management projects in the Asia-Pac region.
Prior to ARGUS and its predecessor, Patrick was with Quorum Growth Asia as the Product Manager for their communication solutions. He was responsible for business development and channel management in the Asia-Pac region, successfully developing and implementing distribution channels in new and emerging markets such as South Korea, China, the Middle East and India.
Patrick graduated from the University of Glasgow with a Bachelor degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering with Honors and has a diploma in Information Technology Security.
Soh Har is a founding partner of Pavonis Group and is based in Singapore. She was most recently the Managing Director and General Manager, Asia-Pacific for ARGUS Software, where she was tasked with the growth, operations and development of the Asia-Pacific and Middle East region. She managed the activities in this region from ARGUS Software’s offices in Singapore and successfully led the charge to develop a significant foothold in the region's real estate industry.
Soh Har was also tasked with leading the expansion of ARGUS' product line by taking on the Product Management responsibility for the Transactional Management product family. She played a pivotal role in the transition of ARGUS CRM to the new Microsoft CRM platform, as well as the creation of ARGUS' new Appraisal Management and Reporting Platform.
During her 15 year tenure with the company and its predecessor (Newstar), Soh Har also served in product and project management, operations and sales positions. As a Project Manager responsible for real estate solutions, she has extensive experience managing large scale implementation projects in the region. As a Product Manager for Document Management and Workflow Management solutions under the predecessor company, Soh Har was instrumental in setting up the sales channel infrastructure for the solutions and bringing best practices for the knowledge management industry to the Asia region more than 10 years ago, when the industry was still in its infancy. Prior to joining the company, Soh Har started her career with a flight simulation company as a Project Engineer involved in the software development for simulation systems. She advanced through the ranks to become the project leader for a multi-million dollar flight simulation project.
Soh Har continues to embrace the latest technologies by maintaining current certifications on numerous Microsoft solutions. She is also a Certified IT Project Manager, accredited by the Singapore Computer Society. Soh Har graduated with honors from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore, earning a BS degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. She earned an MBA, and was named to the Dean's List from the Nanyang Fellows Program in collaboration with the MIT's Sloan Fellows Program.
Glenn is a founding partner of Pavonis Group and an attorney licensed in both New York and New Jersey. Over his career, he has focused his practice on creditor representation, banking and real estate. Glenn has represented clients in business transactions including asset and real estate acquisitions, commercial financing and leasing, mortgage banking, contracts and corporate formations.
He has specialized in commercial and mortgage transactions including originations, defaulted loan workouts, litigation, bankruptcy, real estate and secured transactions representing such clients as Citibank, GE Capital, CIT Group, Genworth Financial, Key Bank, Champion Mortgage, Eastern Savings Bank and Unity Bank.
Glenn holds a BA in economics from the University of Virginia with a concentration in American government and a JD from Seton Hall School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey and is a member of various state and federal associations and courts within those jurisdictions. He also served, or continues to serve, as a member of the Economic Development Committee and Planning Board for the township in which he resides.
Ted is a founding partner of Pavonis Group. From 2007 to 2013, Ted served as the Director of the Information Management Office for ING Ops & IT Banking/Real Estate in The Hague. In that role he formed and led the strategic and tactical direction of the Information Management department and ensured alignment with the business drivers. He was also responsible for global technology within ING Real Estate Investment Management.
Ted has been at the forefront of technological leadership in the investment services arena globally. During his career at ING, Ted served as a board member of OSCRE International and as Chairman of the Information Management Committee within NCREIF. He also participated on the technology platform within NAREIM. Ted is an advisor for Realcomm and is a well-known speaker on industry technology issues. He has contributed as one of the sponsors and working group members on the development of the Commercial Property Workgroup Standards for OSCRE.
Ted is a prominent expert in technology and has dedicated his 20+ year career leading and transforming the industry through business process reengineering and technology enablement. Prior to joining ING, he served many leading real estate businesses in the leadership role in technology, including as the Senior Vice President and CTO for ING Clarion Partners (2004-2007), Director for Deutsche Bank Real Estate (1996-2003) and GE Capital Commercial Real Estate (1992-1996). Ted graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
